Increase the Internal Revenue Allotment
The increase in the IRA Share can be justified by the inclusion of the 3,500 hectare foreshore lands in the computation of the town’s territorial jurisdiction.
Promote Urban Agriculture
To require all landowners to plant fruit trees especially landowners who are not from Cordova and whose lots have remained vacant and untilled until now. Those incapable of planting can enter into some kind of a memorandum of agreement with local residents who will do the planting themselves. Corollary to this is the ban of the raising of stray goats and cows in Cordova.
